The CK5250 CNC double-column vertical lathe (hereinafter referred to as the “CNC vertical lathe”) is a large, heavy-duty vertical CNC cutting machine tool with a maximum machining diameter of 5,000 mm. It serves as the core equipment for machining extra-large-diameter heavy-duty parts such as discs and rings.

Double-column + crossbeam gantry frame: Two rigid columns on the left and right are paired with an integral crossbeam. The machine body has undergone finite element analysis (FEA) optimization, resulting in exceptional overall rigidity. It resists deformation under heavy-duty cutting loads, making it suitable for both heavy-allowance rough turning and high-precision finish turning;
Dual Independent CNC Tool Holders: One CK5250 CNC ram tool holder on each side (the blue enclosures on both sides of the image are labeled CK5250). These allow for simultaneous machining, significantly improving processing efficiency, and can also operate independently for separate machining operations;
Extra-large-diameter rotary table: The circular table at the base offers high load-bearing capacity, capable of clamping heavy workpieces weighing tens of metric tons. The table rotates with high precision to perform internal and external cylindrical turning as well as face turning;
CNC system control: Comes standard with a mainstream domestic CNC system (Siemens or Fanuc systems available as options). The X and Z axes feature servo drives, and automatic feed, thread cutting, and curved surface contouring can all be achieved through CNC programming.
